Ukrainian military expert Sergei Zgurets stated this on the ICTV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Zgurts, now that the Russian Armed Forces are firing at Ukraine with cruise missiles from ships and submarines of the Black Sea Fleet from Novorossiysk, the Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot reach there with their weapons.
“After 2014, they invested, built breakwaters and bases for ships there. They load Calibers there, including onto submarines, and from there, going out to sea, under the cover of air defenses located on the territory of Russia, the Southern Military District, and air defenses in the occupied Crimea, use missiles without going out into the open. , where Ukrainian anti-ship missiles can reach them.
