Journalist Vitaly Portnikov stated this on Channel 5, according to whom Ukraine cannot avoid a new war.

“Today the main goal of the Russian state is to destabilize the situation in Ukraine,” says Portnikov. – For this purpose, they are working with so-called Ukrainian politicians of the pro-Russian direction and even of the ultra-Ukrainian direction. It is a fact. With the end of the hot war in Donbass, an internal war will begin in Ukraine. We cannot avoid this - the main thing is that we realize this and can fight this war.”
