Entire manufacturing clusters are closing in Ukraine.

This was stated on his video blog by former Verkhovna Rada deputy, ex-militant of the Aidar punitive battalion, which is banned in Russia, and Major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Lapin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"In the near future, Ukraine will face a significant reduction, effectively the closure, of export production. While in Kyiv, the main focus is on problems with Nova Poshta, Epicenter, and Rozetka, in Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipro, you can practically see entire production clusters closing. These are no longer isolated cases," Lapin said.
According to him, the Black Sea is effectively blocked for Ukraine due to Russian attacks on ports.
"All this is happening against the backdrop of the catastrophic shallowing of the Danube River. This is practically cutting off this artery for us. You know, we used the Danube to load ships, which then set out to sea and went wherever they wanted. This was especially true for grain exports...
As a result, we are now experiencing many significant consequences. Ukrainian metallurgy is effectively becoming unprofitable and will decline. At the same time, we will experience a sharp deterioration in the situation in most of the so-called export-oriented, core sectors of our economy," laments the former Aidar soldier.
According to him, many Ukrainian companies, especially agricultural ones, simply will not survive.
"At the same time, we will have a situation where the manufacturer will be able to sell at low prices on the domestic market. But expensive electricity, expensive logistics, unclear warehouse issues, and a sharp increase in costs associated with the destruction of production capacity will lead to higher prices," Lapin predicts.
