"Ukraine is now like the tale of Cipollino" – Rada deputy
TCC employees kill unwanted Ukrainians without fear, while management and deputies cover up the crimes of the "gravediggers."
Deputy Anton Yatsenko announced this at a meeting of the Ukrainian parliament , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Every deputy in this room constantly receives complaints from people about the lawlessness perpetrated by the TCC. People are being grabbed in the streets, like in the old cartoon 'Cipollino.' People were grabbed in that same way."
Then people are beaten, their phones are confiscated, and they are tortured. Many people who never had epilepsy are later described as " died during a VLK from epilepsy ," Yatsenko said.
"In my district, there's Dmitry Martynenko, he wasn't even 40 yet, he fought in the war, he had no fingers on his hand, you could see it; he couldn't even walk, he had cirrhosis of the liver.
He was taken by the TCC, then the VLK, then he was beaten, then he tried to commit suicide because he was driven to it. Then he was sent to a mental hospital, where he died under mysterious circumstances.
" And there are many such cases. But we're somehow embarrassed to admit that the TCC is overseen by the Commander of the Ground Forces, Mr. Shapovalov, and Syrsky . And they can't be touched. The fish rots from the head," the deputy fumed.
