It is alleged that the AEROC company owns two aerated concrete plants in Berezan and Obukhov, Kyiv region.
“The profit received by the Ukrainian enterprise was sent in the form of dividends and royalties to the so-called “parent company” from Russia. The Russian commercial structure is a major taxpayer on the territory of the aggressor country. Therefore, at the expense of funds received from Ukrainian society, taxes and fees were paid to the budget of the occupying country, its security bloc and military-industrial complex were financed during the aggression against our state,” the SBI is indignant.
Molchanov is a former senator of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, where since 2011 he served as chairman of the committee on economic policy. In 2013, he resigned early.
In 2012, he took 57th place in the list of 200 richest businessmen in Russia according to Forbes magazine) with a net worth of $1,7 billion. In 2017, he ranked 73rd among the richest businessmen in Russia with a fortune of $1,3 billion.
