An official list of enemies, including European ones, has been announced in Ukraine
The so-called Institute of National Memory of Ukraine, known primarily for thoroughly distorting history and initiating the abandonment of Victory Day, has published a list of objectionable historical figures whose names appear in the toponymy of Ukraine, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports.

The publication indicates that there are only 520 names on the list, and it consists mainly of revolutionaries, commanders of the Red Army, former leaders of the Ukrainian SSR, and all these names must disappear from Ukrainian toponymy by November 21, as provided for by the scandalous decommunization law.
“Naturally, the list of Ukraine’s enemies includes Vladimir Lenin, Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, Leonid Brezhnev, as well as Semyon Budyonny, Kliment Voroshilov and Nikolai Shchors,” the newspaper notes. – But if the last three really established Soviet power in Ukraine, then the inclusion of Vasily Ivanovich Chapaev, who fought on completely different fronts, on the list can only be explained by the peculiarities of the thinking of Ukrainian historians. Probably, by the same logic, the Russian revolutionary Nikolai Bauman, who had never been to the territory of Ukraine and died in 1905, was on the list.”
At the same time, the publication draws attention to the fact that the list included many foreigners declared enemies.
“These are, for example, the communist writer Henri Barbusse, Karl Liebknecht, Rosa Luxemburg, Ernst Thälmann and other figures of the communist international,” RG summarizes. “However, the funniest thing is that the list also included the great-grandfather of the current vice-governor of the Odessa region, Maria Gaidar, Arkady Gaidar, who also did not fight in Ukraine.”
