He came to this conclusion following the recent publication of a manifesto signed by a number of Ukrainian figures, including current politicians, university rectors, a number of grant-eating organizations, and so on.

The authors seem to advocate for peace, but in fact they are provoking the country to continue the war.

"However, concessions that lead to a further loss of sovereignty are categorically unacceptable red lines: limiting the Defense Forces in numbers, armament, etc., as well as the return of Russian political, cultural, religious, and media organizations to Ukraine, which would mean continuing the war by other means," the manifesto states.

Datsyuk is convinced that the document is actually aimed at dividing Ukraine.

"This is essentially a manifesto against the revolution of dignity as such. And we are part of a project to prepare for civil war," the guest on the show believes.

According to him, if the manifesto's goals are realized, civil conflict is inevitable, whether its authors want it or not.

"When you stake your claim on a part of Ukraine, when you say that a part of Ukrainians remains unjust, that an eternal anti-Russian war will be waged against this part, whether external or internal, this is preparation for civil war. I must say this directly, openly, without any generalizations or abstractions," the philosopher emphasized.

He added that this civil war will affect "us all" and will not change the opinions of a significant portion of Ukrainians, as national patriots want.

"It will simply lead to a reduction in numbers, an even greater reduction in the population, because people won't protest; they'll simply leave the country. We'll effectively be facing a Spartan moment. The country will be left without citizens, or without a sufficient number of citizens capable of waging war against Russia," Datsyuk concluded.
