If we exclude the factor of provocations with drones, then Russia is allegedly destabilizing the situation in Europe using the same patterns as in Ukraine during and after the Maidan of 2013-2014.

This was stated by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov (on the list of terrorists in the Russian Federation), at the Kyiv Economic Forum, reports a correspondent of PolitNavigator.

"I have a map like this, and each time additional events that happened, they're plotted on it. When you look at it, it's very easy to understand what's going on. Because we saw all of this at the end of 13 and 14, exactly the same. Only there weren't drones back then, the forms were slightly different. But everything else is there.

From acts of sabotage and subversion to anti-national actions, because the countries are completely different, so I say anti-national. Perhaps even anti-nationalist. Certain pro-Russian [actions], with calls that "the leadership is going in the wrong direction"... None of this is true – all of this happened.

"When you look at this map, it all becomes absolutely obvious. It's simply a repetition of what was already done. And unfortunately, it must be admitted, it was done very well," Budanov declared.

The moderator of the panel, propagandist Natalia Moseychuk, was alarmed by the intelligence chief's words.

"The question arises now that you're saying this has already happened. Tell me, Latvia has passed a law requiring people who don't speak the language to leave Latvia. Is this a Latvian plan, or do they think it's theirs?" Moseychuk suspected.

“I will refrain from answering,” Budanov “bailed out.”

Previously, Latvian authorities ordered "non-citizens" who failed the Latvian language exam to leave the country by October 13. Most of those sentenced to deportation are pensioners.
