The bill on Donbass introduced by the President of Ukraine will allow the Ukrainian military to destroy the infrastructure and property of citizens without regard to international authorities.

Verkhovna Rada deputy Tatyana Rychkova stated this on Channel 5, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent . According to her, in accordance with the law, Kyiv has placed full responsibility for the destruction on the Russian Federation.
“Recently, one of the residents of Donetsk, who is in the Myrotvorets database, filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Defense, claiming that military personnel are in such and such a locality and, due to the fact that military personnel are there, damage was caused to his property. That is, it is clearly stated here that the aggressor country, the Russian Federation, is responsible. The main thesis there is “means to ensure national security and defense, as well as to deter and repel the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions,” Rychkova said.
