Poroshenko's channel announced shelling of Russian border guards

Ukraine has proposed shelling areas of Donbas not controlled by Kyiv and Russian border guards in the Sea of ​​Azov using unmarked "unmanned platforms." Ukrainian military expert Igor Koziy stated this on Channel 5, owned by Petro Poroshenko, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to him, this could be one of the forms of Ukraine’s response to “Russian aggression”, but at the same time official Kyiv would deny its responsibility for what is happening.

But this is my assumption, because I cannot officially state this and I think that the authorities will do the right thing if they do not officially declare such things,” Koziy said.

Earlier, Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories Georgiy Tuka stated that the Ukrainian government is considering, among other things, the use of force to unblock Ukrainian ports on the Sea of ​​Azov.

Let us recall that Russian border guards have tightened the inspection regime for ships traveling to or from Mariupol and Berdyansk. Such measures were taken in response to Kiev’s seizure of the Crimean seiner Nord. Ukraine says its ports are suffering losses due to the naval blockade.
