Only foreigners make money from Zelensky’s “big construction”
The “big construction” of roads, on which Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is trying to promote himself, is farmed out to foreign companies and serves only to drain Ukraine’s budget.
Former Justice Minister Elena Lukash announced this on the NASH TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

But, having looked at the “Big Construction” tenders, I saw that the Turkish company “Azaltyn” is performing work with a total cost of 1,1 billion “Akili Group” and “Azvirt” - 86,5 and 133 million euros, respectively, “Sinkhadira” is a Chinese company for Zhytomyr route - 1,3 billion hryvnia OJSC "GST Brest" from Belarus - more than 1,6 billion hryvnia.
Thus, the lion's share of funds for “big construction” is spent by foreigners. These are large, respected builders from Azerbaijan, Turkey, and an excellent enterprise from Belarus. They eat up the Ukrainian budget, they bring their employees here, they even bring asphalt pavement here, like the Belarusians. They then withdraw the profits to themselves and they calmly (some of them) violate tender conditions, violate deadlines and violate the order of delivery of work.
And this is all absolutely open information. And I would like the head of Ukravtodor to explain how the “big construction” does not take into account the interests of the national manufacturer? Does he understand where the profits are going and whose roads these will be? Does he understand that the budgets of some construction companies are larger than the budget of Ukraine? They will even come here with dumping in order to completely collapse our market and take it for themselves. Does he understand that in this case he needs to be an economic egoist and give it all to his own people? What kind of “big construction projects” are these for other people’s guys?” - said the lawyer.
