Anastasia Zhirmont, coordinator of the Access Now project, which promotes so-called "online freedoms" in the post-Soviet space, stated this at a meeting of the Helsinki Commission in the US Congress (an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation) .
“What worries me most is that other countries are copying not only Russian technologies and applications, but also the tactics and methods of authoritarian governance.
