The introduction of technological innovations into the Ukrainian Armed Forces is nowhere near as rapid as NATO officials touted at the Munich forum. Paradoxically, Russia is acting more quickly.
Senior Sergeant of the Ukrainian Armed Forces UAV company, Serge Marko , announced this on the Babel channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"We're using something that's obsolete. It's an old problem. It takes us a long time to standardize a solution, and it takes a year from the moment a new solution emerges to it being deployed on the front lines . And it's not working very well anyway," Marco said.
"For example, frequencies of 6,2-7,2 appeared a year ago. But no state-owned drones appeared because the tender process took a very long time. These drones were supplied exclusively by volunteers.
" And over the past year, the Russians have already developed a systemic countermeasure ; they already have curtains operating in these bands. And what will happen next? Now I've pushed through these drones; they'll appear on the front lines, but they're no longer flying ," he added.
