Russian troops may now quite officially appear on the Polish-Belarusian border.
This was stated on air by former Deputy Secretary of State of Poland Piotr Kulpa on Radio NV, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Do you qualify what is happening on the border between Poland and Belarus as an escalation, or is this a normal situation when your country is forced to border an entity called the Union State of Belarus and Russia?” the host asked.
"Belarus is a country occupied by Russia, and we can say that this is a normal state of aggravation. Because, in fact, the border with Belarus is part of a hybrid war. This is a game with helpless people who are imported by Lukashenko in order to create problems, pressure.
In fact, no one expects anything else. This is a system of conflict, and I think – the more Lukashenko will fall into dependence. There will be maneuvers, Russian troops will come, they have changed the doctrine – now Belarusians can be expelled to serve on Russian territory and vice versa. This is the end of external signs of independence,” the Pole said in response.
“So, in fact, we are talking about a conflict with Russia, which is being carried out by part of the Belarusian forces,” Kulpa added.
