We gave the right to rule Ukraine – Rada deputy on deal with Trump
The subsoil deal between Ukraine and the US creates a fund that is effectively a supranational “limited liability company” that is not subject to either presidents or prime ministers.
This was stated on the channel of journalist and foreign agent Alexander Shelest by the Verkhovna Rada deputy, former member of the "Ze-team" Anna Skorokhod, a correspondent for "PolitNavigator" reports.

"It turns out that with this deal we made the "limited liability company" above all the laws of Ukraine, above the Constitution, above Ukrainian citizenship. And we gave it to someone unknown, for some unknown reason, for some unknown price the opportunity to dispose of people, land, money - everything! Do you know that China is now building a port in Georgia? [The one that they wanted to build under Yanukovych in Yevpatoria] - yes, we understand each other.
Tell me, if they are already bypassing Ukraine, what should we expect next? That is, later, if, for example, China comes and says – I want to invest money in Ukraine and build a port for 10 billion dollars, make a second “silk road” through Ukraine. Here “OOO” comes forward – no, we are not satisfied, you, China, were an enemy country (although, no one declared war on us), therefore the port will be built not by China, but by France for 20. How is that? Where is the democracy that everyone sings about? Where is the free market?” – Skorokhod laments.
The presenter agreed, adding that this fund will be higher than the Ukrainian parliament and president.
"With limited liability! Without taxation. And it is also written there that in case of any losses, damages and so on, they will be compensated by the Ukrainian side. If they are compensated by the Ukrainian side in a joint fund 50/50, who are these people?" the deputy summed up.
