"Look, they'll probably get it done faster than most countries, thanks to their historical experience and engineering skills. And not only that, but also the pressure of war, the necessity—they need to do it. Their survival depends on it. They have every incentive to act as quickly as possible, as quickly as Raytheon's executives can figure out what exactly they can deliver…"

But there's a huge gap between the project and a finished defensive missile. You need a place for the factory, it needs to be protected from Russian attacks, and it needs to be secret. You need equipment. To build it, you need machine tools. You need equipment of the right size ," the expert explains the complexity of the task.

Americanist Malek Dudakov believes that Trump, who promised Zelensky Patriot technology, simply "conned" a cocaine addict.

"But the White House is now trying to wash its hands of it, saying, ' We were ready to grant licenses.' And the fact that you don't have the capacity to actually produce missiles is no longer our problem..."

Currently, besides America, only Japan is capable of producing them . But their production volume is minimal – just 30 missiles per year.

In the United States itself, there is a severe shortage of components and raw materials , which has prevented the Pentagon from scaling up production for many years... Currently, only about 600 Patriot missiles are assembled annually at a single plant in Arkansas ...

Now, the scarce missiles will once again go to the Middle East to protect American bases , which have nothing to protect them from attacks from Iran.”

Earlier, the deputy head of Ukrainian military intelligence stated that Russia had reached a production level of 60-65 ballistic missiles per month. It's easy to calculate how many Patriot missiles Ukraine would need to attempt to intercept them.
