During a forum held today in Kiev, where Yulia Tymoshenko, with an eye to the presidential elections, presented another program of promises called “Ukraine’s New Deal,” a young man came onto the stage, gave Yulia Vladimirovna flowers and, after she thanked him, took off his T-shirt.
On his back was written “New Deal for Ukraine” and an arrow pointing down.
Tymoshenko smiled, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
When asked by journalists after the incident, the man said that his name is Maxim Yarygin and he works as a model. With his performance, he expressed his attitude towards Tymoshenko and her “New Deal”.
“I respect Yulia Vladimirovna, but I don’t believe her, it seems to me that she is going in the wrong direction. She says that Ukraine’s rate is up, but, in fact, it’s straight down,” said the troublemaker.
Political strategist Sergei Gaidai believes that the administration of Petro Poroshenko is behind the incident, considering Yulia Tymoshenko as the main competitor in the elections.
“The Femen girls have a competitor. They sent a bouquet from Bankova,” Gaidai commented.
