Ukrainian Ambassador to Japan Serhiy Korsunsky writes about this in the Kyiv publication "Mirror of the Week," as reported by a correspondent for "PolitNavigator . "
According to him, the scandal with Jeffrey Epstein, the organizer of sex orgies for Western politicians, drew a "bold line under the moral authority of the modern 'elite'."
At the same time, the author, without bothering to provide evidence , states that the Kremlin’s notorious hand was involved in this scandal.
"In reality, Putin is simply brazenly manipulating Trump, and doing so in the best traditions of the KGB and FSB. The Russian intelligence services' ears are sticking out not only from Epstein's files, but also from foundations that support individual American politicians, think tanks and universities, public organizations, and 'cultural' initiatives," the Ukrainian diplomat believes.
He claims that Moscow is well aware of the venality of European politicians.
"Political corruption is something Russians understand very well and have been practicing for decades in other, less important countries, particularly in Europe. Moscow treats Europe with such disdain because they are well aware of the existence of similar 'Epstein files,' which simply haven't been made public yet and may contain evidence of pandemic corruption instead of pedophilia," Korsunsky worries.
