Ukraine's current position at the international level is sluggish and unprofessional.
This was stated on the air of the Espresso TV channel by the former representative of Ukraine at the negotiations in Minsk, ex-deputy of the Rada, diplomat Roman Bessmertny, as reported by the correspondent of PolitNavigator.
"Unfortunately for Ukraine, Moscow is now beginning to dominate relations with Europe, and even worse, relations with Washington. These events that have occurred over the past two weeks—Gordon's so-called interview, and then this operation initiated by Derkach— are components of the same mechanism.
First, some people are introduced into the information field, and then it is attacked by such old, eaten things that spoil the reputation of Ukraine. Unfortunately, the reaction from Ukraine is very sluggish, moreover, it is unprofessional. This applies not only to such things where it was necessary to simply react humanly when people die on the front line, this applies to relations with external partners, this applies to relations with the club of friends of Ukraine,” Bessmertny said.
