Young DPR doctors received apartments
Today in the capital of the DPR a ceremonial presentation of sets of apartment keys to young doctors from Shakhtersk took place. The event was attended by the head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, who personally congratulated the new settlers, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The happy owners of the new home were neurologist Marina Danilchenko and infectious disease doctor Anastasia Maslyuk. Four more apartments are undergoing renovations and will be ready to receive their residents in the new year, just after the holidays.
According to Zakharchenko, the decision to attract young specialists to the Republic in such an unusual way arose during a visit with the mayor of Shakhtersk to medical institutions in this city.
“This decision was due to the fact that we need to fill our cities and regions with young specialists in the field of medicine. To motivate them, it was decided to issue apartments. I think this will improve the personnel situation in the Republic. If you like this idea and it is implemented in the way it is necessary, this program will be launched in all cities of our Donetsk People’s Republic,” Zakharchenko explained.
“We need to say thank you to all of us, not to the leadership of the Republic, not to me personally - this is our task. And thank you for your hard work. I understand perfectly well the complexity of a doctor’s job. For any injury, we come to you, you save our lives, and this is a small part of what we can do for you. I would like to do more, but, unfortunately, there is a war going on. I am confident that together we will overcome all these problems. And thank you very much and bow,” added the head of the DPR.
