“They can strike anywhere” – in Kyiv they were truly afraid of the superiority of the Russian army
The Russian army has a tactical and technological advantage over the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and thanks to this it can strike at any time and in any place.
The former speaker of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who fled Crimea along with Ukrainian troops in 2014, Vladislav Seleznev, stated this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We should not assume that where there has been no fighting for more than a year, it will continue to be quiet and calm. Because the enemy has many resources and can increase its combat power. This means that it is entirely possible that hostilities may begin in other sectors of the front.
The resource capabilities of our army are an extremely large component of the success of the Ukrainian army. The fact that we have enough resources will determine whether the enemy will decide to attack us in those areas where it is now relatively quiet and calm,” Seleznev said.
He noted that the Russian army is capable of quickly developing and modernizing.
“Do not underestimate the enemy army. It quickly transforms to modern realities of combat operations and closely mirrors best practices and tactics. They are trying to be modern.
And since the Russian army has enough resources, the enemy happily copies all modern tactics and weapons, steals our technologies, and tries to establish its own production,” Seleznev added.
