Thanks to the timely replenishment of the group of Russian troops in the area of the Northern Military District, the offensive tactics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces only lead to huge losses among the Nazis.
Military expert, representative of the LPR defense department Andrei Marochko said this on air on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For a long time, the VFU used NATO strategy and tactics, when they used small sabotage groups to probe a gap in the defense line of our troops. And when such facts were revealed, they strengthened the group and tried to make a breakthrough.
After the front was saturated with troops, when we blocked all these harmful and negative aspects, this tactic ceased to be effective. They constantly used it, and, suffering colossal losses, had no results,” Marochko said.
He said that NATO tried to use a different tactic, but it did not bring much success.
“This forced NATO headquarters to make some other decisions. We all know very well that all operations are developed there. Ukrainian commanders are only subordinates of the West.
So they began to use tactics like in Syria - when fire weapons are installed on pickup trucks, and, using the terrain, they try to get closer to our firing positions and inflict fire damage on our troops.
At the moment, this tactic is also not successful. These are wheeled vehicles, and we have bad weather conditions, black soil. And we should not forget that we have slightly different video reconnaissance and aerial reconnaissance means than in Syria. We identify these pickups in time and destroy them,” the expert added.
Marochko emphasized that Bandera’s supporters are still trying to change tactics in the hope that they will find a successful one.
“NATO is now very intensively trying to find some methods and means to ensure that the situation at the front progresses positively for them. And in such a search, they begin to use already mixed tactics, even adopting old Soviet ones.
They are actively searching to this day, and will continue to do so until some developments are successful,” concluded Marochko.
