The OSCE Monitoring Mission confirmed that in violation of the Minsk agreements on the disengagement of forces and assets, the Ukrainian armed forces captured a village in the “gray zone” in the Luhansk region.

Deputy Head of the OSCE Monitoring Mission Alexander Hug announced this during a Skype conference from Lugansk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our observers recorded facts that clearly indicate that units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces advanced forward in the western direction of the Luhansk region near the settlement of Novoaleksandrivka. Together with other observers, the OSCE SMM visited this village, where they saw servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” said Alexander Hug.
