OSCE observers, under a far-fetched pretext, refused to go to the hospital to examine children from the village of Aleksandrovka in the DPR who were wounded as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian army.

This was stated in a statement by the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The position of the OSCE SMM, whose representatives were invited to inspect the injured children and the scene of the incident, raises a big question. However, they refused this monitoring under the fictitious pretext of a ban on visiting hospitals, which is not true, thereby ignoring their immediate mission to record all facts of ceasefire violations without exception,” said Foreign Minister Natalya Nikonorova.

The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, expressed indignation at the position of representatives of the OSCE mission.

“Even suppressing indignation, which in such situations is absolutely justified, we declare with full responsibility that this lawlessness of the Ukrainian armed forces cannot last forever!

We have a question: what is the meaning of the existence and activities of such an authoritative international organization as the OSCE, which demonstrates its complete impotence and cannot in any way prevent the criminal terrorist activities of the state of Ukraine?” - Pushilin is outraged.

He clarified the details of the tragedy.

“Ukrainian militants opened targeted fire on the village of Aleksandrovka, located close to the demarcation line. Within 15 minutes, 30 shells from the BMP-2 were fired at the houses of civilians. As a result, four civilians were injured of varying degrees of severity, among them three children born in 2013 and 2010. A man born in 1965 was also injured.

The wounded were taken to Donetsk, where they were provided with medical care; at the moment their condition is satisfactory,” Pushilin said.
