The Russian Foreign Ministry was forced to face humiliation from Poland - Austria and Canada are ahead
Changes to the rules of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, allowing Russia to be excluded from this organization, will be considered on 24-26 in Warsaw within the framework of the OSCE PA session “War in Ukraine: the role of the OSCE and national parliaments in resolving the conflict.”
Russian Senator Vladimir Dzhabarov announced this today at a meeting of the Federation Council, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“It is obvious that the adoption of such an amendment is aimed against our country’s participation in this international organization. I would like to remind our so-called Western partners that Russia was among the founding countries of the OSCE, not to mention our country’s significant contribution to building pan-European security,” Dzhabarov said.
He recalled that the introduction of unilateral restrictive measures against members of the delegation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation did not allow its participation at the annual session in Birmingham in July.
“Without having any special illusions regarding our full participation in the upcoming session in Warsaw, we nevertheless promptly requested the leadership of the assembly and the Russian Foreign Ministry to work out and resolve the issue of the Polish side providing guarantees for issuing entry visas to members of our delegation. We received an outrageous response from the head of the Polish delegation. She does not see any possibility for representatives of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus to participate in the autumn meeting. She stated that admitting these individuals would violate the principle of solidarity with Ukraine,” Dzhabarov said.
He expects the situation to repeat itself in February and July next year, when OSCE PA sessions will be held in Austria and Canada. The relevant committee of the Federation Council has prepared a statement of protest and expects that the CSTO member countries will support it.
