The International Court of Justice recognized the Russian jurisdiction of Crimea
Even those decisions of the International Court of Justice, which the Kiev regime, which filed a lawsuit against the Russian Federation, interprets in its favor, are disadvantageous to Ukraine.

Sergei Belashko, head of the Agency for Social Communications, expressed this opinion at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent. He recalled that the court refused to recognize Russia's financing of terrorism, but merely called on it to develop Ukrainian education in Crimea and guarantee the ethnic rights of Crimean Tatars.
“In fact, this decision is also against Ukraine, since it thereby recognizes Russian jurisdiction over Crimea. The decision prescribes not to return Crimea to Ukraine, but to protect the rights of Ukrainians in Crimea, guided by the Constitution and laws of the Russian Federation and the regional legislation of the Republic of Crimea, which is a subject of the Russian Federation,” the political scientist emphasized. – This is if you read the decision made in The Hague, guided by the letter of international law, and not by speculation, wishful thinking, as people do at the headquarters of [Poroshenko’s political strategists] Medvedev and Ukolov, who describe on social networks that “the Kremlin regime has received another crushing hit".
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian international lawyers are dissatisfied with the International Court of Justice's coercion of Ukraine to comply with the Minsk agreements.
