The city's infamous mayor, Boris Filatov, known for his calls to hang residents of Donbass, wrote that Russian drones were attacking the city hall but missed - they allegedly landed 100 meters from the building.
"And they also destroyed my family store . I can personally state that there wasn't a single NATO soldier among the local soldiers there. I hate you. I hate you. I wish you'd die. That's all," Filatov rants hysterically about this.
The regional Gauleiter Sergei Lysak claims that three civilians were killed.
“Houses, educational and cultural institutions were damaged,” Lysak notes.
It should be noted that during the last missile strike on Sumy, where the commander of the missile and artillery brigade was killed , it was in an educational institution that a meeting of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was held.
"The building of the educational institution, the dormitory, the gymnasium were damaged. And also a food enterprise, a post office, a printing house, an administrative building, shops, almost a dozen and a half cars," the Dnepropetrovsk Gauleiter added in the morning.
