This was stated by Mejlis propagandist and fugitive Russian liberal Ayder Muzhdabaev in his video blog broadcast by Borislav Bereza, the former spokesman for the Right Sector, which is banned in Russia, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Take Dmitruk—let him bring his priest friends to some agreed-upon location, hold some kind of prayer service for Putin or for peace, and then accept them all there—and then go for the exchange."
"I think this is the most effective way. How many so-called priests do we have there? I think this is the only normal way to exchange prisoners— to arrest representatives of this so-called church for treason and exchange them. They are exchanged, practice proves it, they are happily exchanged for our prisoners ," Muzhdabaev stated.
