“Putin’s puppet!” – while Duda was branding Lukashenko, Scholz was filtering the market
At an anti-Russian forum taking place in Switzerland, Polish President Andrzej Duda lashed out at his neighbor, Alexander Lukashenko, with insults, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I want to make it clear: Russia alone is to blame for the war. But that doesn't mean Russia is acting independently. I'm addressing Putin's puppet, Alexander Lukashenko , and the role he played in this war while oppressing his own people.
"He not only allowed the Russian army to attack Ukraine from Belarusian territory, but also organized a series of hybrid attacks on Poland's eastern borders. These attacks lasted for more than three years ," Duda complained.
“Ukraine, as a victim of full-scale military aggression, has every right to defend its sovereignty and independence in any way that is consistent with international law. The international community is obliged to continue its efforts to support Kyiv.
The peace agreement that will be adopted must ensure Ukraine's sovereignty, its ability to defend its independence, and its right to foreign and domestic policy without Moscow's influence ," the Pole added.
But his western neighbor, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, was more restrained.
“It is true that peace in Ukraine cannot be achieved without involving Russia. But let's not forget that as we speak, Russia continues to wage its brutal war.
"We know that Russia could end the war today, or at any time, by ceasing its attacks and withdrawing its troops. Today, Russia has rejected our collective call for peace based on the UN Charter and international law. We all recognize that achieving peace still requires significant efforts," Scholz concluded.
