Macron promises not to allow financial independence of the "Global South"
The global financial system is currently being destroyed, which could become very dangerous for the influence of some Western countries.
French President Emmanuel Macron announced this at a conference of diplomats in Paris, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"We are currently experiencing a dangerous fragmentation of the world we live in. After the end of World War II, we became accustomed to a world with the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. That world has gradually become obsolete ," Macron said.
He complained about the rapidly developing countries of the Global South and an intransigent Russia.
“ We have not taken into account large developing countries , and because there is a Chinese strategy to circumvent this international order.
"Furthermore, there are tensions related to the two major crises of Ukraine and the Middle East, as well as the narrative some are using that the Global South should disengage from the international organization ," the French president added.
He stressed that it is important for France to advocate for strengthening the existing “financial world order,” and this strategy is embedded in their country’s international policy.
