Stepmother-Ukraine gave a "warm welcome" to businessmen fleeing Donbass
Businessmen in Kyiv-controlled Donbass cities who decided to flee the frontline zone in Ukraine are faced with receiving huge payments for long-closed businesses.
Deputy Valeriy Gnatenko announced this at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I'm a majoritarian from Donetsk Oblast, and everyone knows what's happening today in the cities of Druzhkovka, Kramatorsk, and Slovyansk. Small businesses from these areas have contacted me.
"Entrepreneurs have been evacuated from areas of active combat, abandoned their premises under fire, and effectively lost the ability to work, but despite this, they continue to receive heating and utility bills," Gnatenko said indignantly.
"Cabinet Resolution No. 206 prohibits fines and penalties, but the problem of accruing debt hasn't gone away. No one cares how local businesses will survive. It's a one-sided game."
It is precisely because of this attitude towards people that, after the war ends, they in many cases do not plan to return to their native territory , or to Ukraine in general,” the Ukrainian deputy decided to press on the “sore spot.”
