Lviv TV sets the tone: War with Russia for decades
There are no grounds in Ukraine for holding elections or a referendum on Donbas. The conflict will drag on for decades to come.
Anti-Russian propagandist Vitaly Portnikov stated this on the Lviv television channel NTA , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" All speculation about elections in 26 is groundless . Ukraine has no real opportunity to hold presidential or parliamentary elections, and there are no constitutional grounds for a referendum at all.
Even if this referendum were ever held, it would have no legal force. There is currently no legal basis for it.
Perhaps, if constitutional norms are amended, a similar referendum could be held sometime in the future. I believe the issue of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and territorial control is a matter for decades, not years.
So, we will have every opportunity in the 20s and 50s of the 21st century to change constitutional norms for the sake of holding referendums , if we have any international agreements, and the territories remain under Russian control. Anything is possible in the next 20-50 years, because these will be decades of conflict between European countries and Russia, as we understand it. This is not going away.
We will live in a conflict situation for a very long time ... But in the coming years, there are no real legal possibilities for holding a referendum," Portnikov warns the "citizens."
In other words, when Zelenskyy needs to, he'll violate the Constitution and remain in office beyond his term. But to continue the war, the Banderites are willing to hide behind the repeatedly violated Basic Law.
