Lvov TV presenter called for separating “southeastern ballast” from Ukraine
Lvov, February 19 (Navigator, Elena Ostryakova) – Lvov journalist Ostap Drozdov calls for the creation of alternative authorities in western Ukraine and not paying taxes to the state budget. He believes that this will become the basis of a new Ukraine, in which there is no place for the southeastern regions.

“Ukraine in 2014 is not worth more than one death. This is not a value worth giving your life for. I consider each of our deaths for Ukraine, where the South-East, Crimea and other connoisseurs of “Berkut” will be humiliating. Therefore, for Western and Central Ukraine (the basic force of the revolution), the time has come for a civilizational choice: if we don’t throw the southeastern ballast out of our raging boat now, it will sink us (or, in extreme cases, return us to Yanukovych’s harbor). And stop deceiving yourself! Regions that want Yanukovych must get him on their territory. But without us, and that suits me completely. If they don’t want it either, then let them say it.
While they are silent, my call will be this: in the sex-loving regions, alternative authorities should be IMMEDIATELY created, headed by specific names. It is also necessary to IMMEDIATELY create special Funds, to whose accounts (and not to Yanukovych’s budget) taxes will be transferred,” Drozdov wrote on his Facebook page.
