Lutsenko confirmed the status of a balabol with a loose tongue

The head of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, Ruslan Bortnik, stated this at a press conference in Kiev, commenting on the statement of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko about initiating a criminal case against the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakovaar and the immediate subsequent actual refusal of Lutsenko from his words.

“I believe that this was an excess of the performer - the Prosecutor General, who decided to show on air that there are no untouchables in Ukraine,” the expert believes. “But the very next day the Prosecutor General’s Office was looking for all possible and impossible ways to disavow the Prosecutor General. This demonstrated to us once again that our Prosecutor General is not a lawyer, but a politician, and his language is sometimes not tied to the centers of responsibility. He doesn’t check what he says.”
