Logistics Blackout: Kyiv Frightened by Russian Attacks on Locomotives
Russia's latest attacks on Ukrainian railway rolling stock are extremely sensitive for the Kyiv regime.
Kyiv political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on his video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"When we talk about a logistics blackout, the railway has already effectively ceased functioning in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions due to Russia's massive attacks, primarily on rolling stock and locomotives. A locomotive is a very expensive item; they're very difficult to buy and very difficult to deliver. Ukraine was already experiencing a shortage of locomotives even before the Great War," the expert said.
He fears that the removal of locomotives will lead to the fact that “the functioning of the Ukrainian railway will be extremely limited.”
"This is also an attempt to isolate the frontline regions that border Russia from the railway's logistics field," Bortnik added.
