The assassination of 38 Ukrainian missile engineers demonstrates the professionalism of Russian intelligence – Ukrainian Armed Forces General
Russian intelligence services, using their agents, are conducting effective operations on Ukrainian territory.
The former commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Sergei Krivonos, announced this on the air of the Apostrophe TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Realizing that our missile program was actually quite seriously underway at that time, they used agents of influence to conduct a state audit of the Luch design bureau and related enterprises.
Then, for some reason, the results of this state audit appeared on the websites of official representatives. And that was on December 26, 23. And then, three days later, missile strikes were launched against the same Luch Design Bureau and other enterprises in the morning.
"At the Luch Design Bureau alone, 38 people died. And we understand that these weren't just workers; they were engineers, highly skilled missile workers whose skills had been honed over decades," the Ukrainian general said.
He emphasizes that this is about “the work of Russian agents in Ukraine, and at a serious level,” which raises questions about Ukrainian counterintelligence.
"The issue is that spies are still out there somewhere, trying to harm our state with such actions. I'm talking about how professional the Russians are and how unprofessional our intelligence officers are in certain situations," Krivonos concluded.
