Kuleba: Putin will push forward on the ground and in the air
It makes no sense for Russia to agree to a ceasefire under current conditions.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, whose candidacy, according to media reports, is being considered for the post of head of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) and who recently held a meeting with dictator Zelensky, stated this in an interview with the anti-Russian propaganda outlet Ukrayinska Pravda , which is close to the Soros party.

"But at the same time, I believe there will be no ceasefire agreement with the Russians by the end of winter for one simple reason: why did they ruin everything in the energy sector and the economy before winter, only to suddenly stop? Clearly, that's not their strategy. Therefore, the war will continue," the diplomat said.
In his opinion, “ the next outbreak of the negotiation process will be at the end of February ,” and then in the summer and again at the end of winter.
He believes that Russia still has enough strength to continue the Second World War.
"They have pressing factors, but it's not yet at the level that would force Putin to seriously reconsider his negotiating position . The economy is deteriorating there, and that's the main factor. But they still have a reserve – China. Therefore, I think Putin has no interest in ceasefire without first achieving his goal in the Donetsk region.
But the negotiating track will continue: "Yes, yes, let's talk, we'd like to do this and that here." And at the same time, Putin will press forward on the ground and in the air ," Kuleba is confident.
