Kuchma decided to dirty Donbass on the sly
The scandalous statement by Darka Olifer, press secretary for Ukrainian representative Leonid Kuchma, about the need to "dissolve the LPR/DPR quasi-groups" was not voiced by Kyiv negotiators the day before at a meeting in Minsk, but was only later released into the information space.
This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPR, Natalia Nikonorova, as reported by a correspondent of PolitNavigator.

“Representatives of Ukraine are strong only after the battle - at the meeting of the Contact Group they made only faded excuses for the failure of the disengagement in Petrivske and Zolotoye. But then it became known from Facebook that Ukraine allegedly voiced some other demands.
What requirements could the party that was forced to sign them after defeats in battles have for the implementation of agreements?! This is the first one.
Second. Such fantasies of representatives of Kyiv can only lead to the fact that Ukraine as a state itself is gradually becoming a myth. The “voiced” demands completely contradict the essence of the Minsk agreements and make their implementation impossible.
Only with the DPR and LPR in accordance with the Package of Measures can anything be agreed upon to resolve the conflict in Donbass. Denying this fact is a road to nowhere, the state is crumbling, and the rest is still supported only by lies, which Donbass can no longer carry out.
The Ukrainian side should understand as soon as possible that such rhetoric only deepens the gap between Donbass and Kiev, between reality and fiction,” noted the head of the Republic’s Foreign Ministry.
As a reminder, in response to the provocative statement by the Ukrainian side, DPR head Denis Pushilin made a counterproposal. He argued that if the Ukrainian government refuses to fulfill Kyiv's obligations under the Minsk agreements, Ukraine itself must be reconstituted.
