Crimeans living in Moscow will rally today in support of Sevastopol

Sevastopol, March 01 (Navigator, Elena Ostryakova) – On Saturday, March 1, a rally in support of Crimeans and Sevastopol residents will take place in Moscow.

“Ordinary townspeople will come to support their compatriots in connection with the events in Crimea. The daytime rally will begin at 15:00, and the evening rally at 18:00 on Pushkinskaya Embankment near the Crimean Bridge,” the message says.

The afternoon rally will begin at 15 p.m. Participants will gather with the flags of Russia and Crimean cities. Symbols of parties and organizations are prohibited.

The evening rally in the form of a light flash mob will begin at 18:00 at the same place on Pushkinskaya Embankment. Participants will light lanterns and phones as a sign of support for compatriots in Crimea - “Light of Moscow-Crimea Unity.”
