The deputy's words infuriated Zelenskyy's office adviser, Maidan activist and grant-eater Sergei Leshchenko.
"I don't understand my colleagues! So, it would be better if this licensing agreement never happened? It would be better if Zelensky said, 'We weren't given anything, so let's keep crying?' I just don't understand what the 'betrayal' is this time!"
