He stated this on the air of the Internet channel "Vsemirno-Brovarskoye Television", reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".
He called for starting with Ukrainian artists performing in Russia. In particular, he mentioned the name of the famous singer Sofia Rotaru, who recently received the prestigious Golden Gramophone award.
