Koncha-Zaspa vs. Kyiv: The capital awaits a huge winter brawl
Political squabbles between Zelenskyy's office and Klitschko's Kyiv mayor's office are preventing any attempt to prepare the Ukrainian capital for winter.
The former head of the state-owned company Ukrenergo, Vladimir Kudritsky , announced this on air at Ukrainian Radio , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We'll see problems in Kyiv during the winter and a constant war on Telegram channels. They'll say, 'The mayor is bad,' 'The sustainability plan took too long to approve...' All this is nothing more than political PR and white noise... Just to somehow show off in front of voters in a situation where there are no elections ," said the former head of Ukraenergo.
He disagreed with the presenter, who suggested that the Verkhovna Rada deputies would help the capital because they themselves live here.
"You said that members of parliament live here, in Kyiv. Well, some live in Kyiv, and some live in Koncha-Zaspa. Therefore, unfortunately, not all members of parliament and not all Kyiv City Council members will feel the harsh consequences of their inaction over the past year and this year," Kudrytsky stated.
