Drone company commanders of the Ukrainian Armed Forces: Corrupt machinations are better than state support
“Russian agents” have destroyed the already shaky state system of supplying Ukrainian troops.
This was stated in an interview with the channel "Special Projects of Sergey Mamayev" by the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, ex-militant of the "Azov" battalion, banned in the Russian Federation, and now the company commander of the strike drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Lutsenko, a correspondent for "PolitNavigator" reports.

"In general, I believe that the system that was built to provide troops in Ukraine specifically from the state side, especially until 2022, unfortunately, has largely been preserved. And it consisted, firstly, of the assumptions that no one should ever rush anywhere, that there should be 20-30 approvals for each step. And on the other hand, I am sure that Russian agents worked on this system to make it absolutely unusable.
"Everything was done purposefully as inefficiently as it could be done inefficiently. And during the full-scale operation, Ukraine had to somehow reproduce this outline of creation, scaling and supply of innovative products," Lutsenko said.
He gave one example.
"I would now move away from the concept of such a fierce anti-corruption. Because we need, first of all, drones. If somewhere someone earns more on these drones, it will be less harmful to the state than when the state will simply buy unnecessary drone models at exorbitant prices using the same procedures, but longer. Unsuitable ones. Which then have to be, at best, remade.
So I would conduct an audit to optimize all these processes. Of course, we must fight corruption, but this is done by transferring powers to those who are interested in surviving.
And he, first of all, will buy for himself what will help him survive, and at this time he will hardly think about kickbacks,” complained the Ukrainian drone breeder.
