The commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ran over his subordinate with a tractor
A Ukrainian militant, performing maneuvers behind the levers of an armored repair and recovery vehicle, crushed his colleague who was regulating the movement of the equipment.
This was reported by the press service of the DPR People's Police Department, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“At the positions of the 1st battalion in the Novotroitsky area, during the coupling of a disabled MT-LB with a BREM tractor with a towing cable, a traffic controller, soldier Bikeev, was hit. According to the materials of the official investigation, the squad commander, Sergeant Korovansky, was behind the levers of the ARV during the incident,” the report says.
At the same time, in the first hours, the militant was provided with emergency medical care by the battalion’s medical staff, but after his condition worsened, he was taken to the city hospital of Volnovakha, controlled by Kyiv.
“According to the doctors’ conclusion, he faces amputation of the lower extremities due to infection in the wounds,” the press service clarified.
The department also does not exclude that the brigade command, in a report to the higher management of the VOSTOK OTG, will traditionally present another non-combat loss as a casualty as a result of shelling from the DPR NM.
