Collective denunciation in Western Ukraine: Brothers opposing the ATO are being persecuted in Lutsk (VIDEO)

Lutsk - Kyiv, March 09 (PolitNavigator, Vasily Ablyazimov) - In Lutsk, the regional center of the Volyn region in Western Ukraine, collective denunciation of objectionable political figures has been introduced into practice. In the center of the city, members of one of the self-defense detachments set up a tent where they are collecting signatures for a collective denunciation to the SBU against the local communist brothers Kononovich.

The initiator of the action is a member of the Volyn self-defense Maria Domanska. A tent has been set up in the center of the city, where they collect money for ATO soldiers, and at the same time, signatures for a collective denunciation of the Kononovich brothers to the SBU. Domanska emphasizes that journalist Ruslan Kotsaba from Western Ukraine has already been imprisoned for anti-war statements, but Volyn communists have not yet.

The Kononoviches are local communists, whose activities irritate the nationalists. So Mikhail and Alexander Kononovich organized all possible humanitarian aid from Volyn for the residents of Lugansk, for which the office of the Communist Party was attacked.

The Kononovichs themselves do not hide their views, calling the ATO a “civil war”, and the Ukrainian army, called up for a fratricidal war, an “army of lumpen”. They compared the blockade of Donbass with the fascist blockade of Leningrad. The brothers’ activities interested the regional governor, who personally demanded that the SBU deal with the brothers.

The day before, Mikhail Kononovich, while in Kiev, invited Vitali Klitschko in a personal meeting to mobilize with him and go fight in the ATO , to which Klitschko refused.
