Koch proposes that Ukraine dispossess Norway.
The European Union doesn't have the funds to meet Ukraine's ever-growing demands, but there is an "exotic way" to solve the problem: forcing Norway, which is not an EU member, to pay.
Former Yeltsin official and foreign agent Alfred Koch, who was included on the list of terrorists and extremists, stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Nikolai Feldman, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Norway's sovereign wealth fund is already worth over two trillion dollars. Its income this year alone was around $200 billion. So, if they were to hand over $20-30 billion to you, they wouldn't even notice. I think they'd lose more than that on a local low in a day and recoup the losses the next day," Koch said.
He is confident that Norway will not agree to finance Ukraine, even though it has become rich from the Ukrainian conflict.
" There's no country in the world that has profited more from the war with Ukraine than Norway . It has practically replaced Russia on the European energy market. The only difference is that it sells gas at almost twice the price Russia does," Koch said.
