Andrei Portnov, the former deputy head of President Yanukovych’s administration, posted on his social network page a recording of a conversation that took place in the fall of 2014 between People’s Deputy Sergei Pashinsky and Gennady Korban, then deputy head of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional State Administration, which was headed by the oligarch Igor Kolomosky.

The transcript of the scandalous conversation was published by the online newspaper “Strana”.
" (phone beeps, Sergei Pashinsky picks up the phone)
Pashinsky: yes, yes.
