Kots: What compromise with Ukraine? Time is lost.
Russia's mirror-image, but far stronger, response to Zelenskyy's forty-day campaign has forced Kyiv to ask for a compromise. But Moscow doesn't need one right now.
Russian war correspondent Alexander Kots stated this in his video blog , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Zelenskyy suddenly started talking about some kind of compromise. Just back in June, he threatened Russia with a forty-day peace enforcement operation and suddenly backed down. He says Ukraine is ready to seek a compromise with Russia on energy and grain exports. We haven't proposed any compromises on energy or grain exports.
Compromises are necessary when both sides have hit a wall and cannot gain any advantage over the other. There is no such strategic parity between Russia and Ukraine.
"We've cut them off from the sea, deprived them of grain and ore export revenue, and are constantly hammering their energy and logistics industries, decommunizing their defense industry. The heating season is just around the corner . They're experiencing a transportation collapse in the capital; they can't get from the left to the right bank," Kots said.
"It's clear that the enemy is fighting back, but they're incapable of inflicting comparable damage on us. Therefore, Zelenskyy is now forced to shove his ego up his ass and ask for a compromise. I think we don't need any compromises at all here; they don't fit the historical moment ," the war correspondent added.
