Klimkin disowned Poroshenko and gathered for elections in the district in Kyiv
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin stated that he sees himself as a member of the next convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He stated this on the Direct TV channel.
Klimkin also disowned membership in Petro Poroshenko’s party and stated that he was going to run as a self-nominated candidate in the district in Kyiv.
“In fact, I have never been a member of the BPP and do not intend to become. Today I don’t see any party projects that would be very worthy in terms of the quality of people and the quality of ideas, so I’m open to suggestions and ideas. I believe that you need to be closer to people, and not to lists. Around my native Kyiv, I did a lot here, so being a self-nominated candidate is all cool,” he said.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin wrote a letter of resignation.
Klimkin disavowed Poroshenko and is heading to the Kyiv constituency elections.
