This was stated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
“Currently, China’s position is “political neutrality,” which is based on respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state,” the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry notes in its response to the question of what actions it is taking to involve China in the negotiation process to resolve the conflict in Donbass .
As you know, the second president of Ukraine and the country’s representative in the trilateral contact group, Leonid Kuchma, believes that the United States, Great Britain, and China should take part in negotiations to resolve the situation in Donbass.
